  1. This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using Riply Video Publisher, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
  2. Before every upload, the tool shows this notice, and confirming the upload means agreeing to it:
    "By clicking 'upload,' you certify that the content you are uploading complies with the YouTube Terms of Service (including the YouTube Community Guidelines) at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Please be sure not to violate others' copyright or privacy rights."
  3. Only the Riply team (the operator, and the AI assistant to which the operator has delegated the operation of the channel) may use the tool, and only for Riply's own original videos on Riply's own channel.
  4. Each upload is confirmed for that specific video with the confirmation code shown in its preview. The tool has no bulk upload mode and no background or scheduled job that uploads by itself.
  5. Videos must have accurate titles and descriptions, the made-for-kids setting and the altered or synthetic content disclosure must be set truthfully, and the content must follow the YouTube Community Guidelines.
  6. We may change these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

  1. このツールは YouTube API Services を使います。このツールを使うと、YouTube 利用規約 (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) に同意したことになります。
  2. アップロードの前に毎回、次の注意を表示します。確認してアップロードすると、この注意に同意したことになります。
    「『upload』を押すと、アップロードするコンテンツが https://www.youtube.com/t/terms にある YouTube 利用規約 (YouTube コミュニティ ガイドラインを含む) に従っていることを保証したことになります。他人の著作権やプライバシーを侵害しないよう、必ず気をつけてください。」
  3. このツールを使えるのは、Riply の運営チーム (運営者と、運営者がチャンネルの運用を任せた AI アシスタント) だけです。使ってよいのも、Riply が自分で作った動画を Riply のチャンネルにアップロードするときだけです。
  4. アップロードは 1 本ずつです。毎回、その動画について表示した確認コードを付けて実行します。まとめてアップロードする仕組みも、裏で動いたり決まった時刻に動いたりして勝手にアップロードする仕組みもありません。
  5. 動画のタイトルと説明は、中身に合ったものにします。子ども向けの設定と、改変または合成されたコンテンツの開示は、事実のとおりに設定します。動画の中身は YouTube コミュニティ ガイドラインに従います。
  6. この規約は変えることがあります。変えたときはこのページに載せ、最終更新日を新しくします。
